  • Onsite resource who will be accountable for in patching/server/ upgrades/ handling user requests and monitoring
  • Should lead the offshore team from development standpoint
  • id in communicating with multiple stakeholders at a time
  • Should have hands-on exp in the following areas to support Alteryx

^ License Administration:
Monitor existing population of Alteryx Designer Licenses
Share License key with new users
Maintain log of Internal license transfers: handled in Internal SharePoint, link shared above
Owning cost center owner transferring allocated license within their team
Existing users transferring license key to their new machine

^ User requests/support:
New users requiring set-up assistance
New users awaiting installation/license key issues
ctive users with device change or lease replacement

^ Alteryx Designer Version upgrades and Server Upgrades:
Coordinate server installation; IT Server request ticket; IT PM Management for Server initiatives, New Dev Server Setup, Single Sign On, New Worker Machine, Alteryx Upgrade
Engage Alteryx vendor support team for upgrade support
Pre/post upgrade checks on test machines
Communicate upgrade timelines with users

^ First-line software support
Communication and updates to user population of outages (planned/unplanned)
Unanswered questions submitted via Teams site, and to Alteryx email distribution to ensure business continuations/limit disruption of critical workflows/software issue escalation
Direct messages to appropriate support as needed. Ex. Gallery issues queueing, outages;
Submission of identified software issues (Sev1) to Alteryx vendor support
Set-up of Gallery data connections requires Curator access to Alteryx Gallery to create Data Connection, and to add users/subscriptions to the data connection

^ Hardware/VM-ware monitoring
Monitor server performance to proactively address issues
