Radiation Therapist- PRN

MCCH`s Cancer Center is seeking a PRN Radiation Therapist. This position is eligible for a PRN Premium. This is an as needed position and is not eligible for Benefits.

Job Description:

The Radiation Therapist is responsible for the administration of utilizing therapeutic ionizing radiation in the treatment of disease. The Radiation Therapist works under the direction of the Radiation Oncologist and reports directly to the Executive Director of Cancer Center.

Required Licenses and Certifications:

• ARRT registered or registry eligible.
• Must hold a radiation operator's license in the state of Kentucky.
• Current CPR.

Minimum Education:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiological Technology program or equivalent.

Screening Requirements:

• Drug Screen
• Tuberculosis Test
• Background Check
• Physical Exam
• Respirator Fit
