To support our rapid growth, we're seeking a Solutions Architect to join our team.

About the role
We are looking for a Solutions Architect with a deep understanding of AI technologies and cloud services to join our Solutions & Product Development team. The ideal candidate will design and develop innovative solutions that maximize the capabilities of our cloud services, ensuring our clients can tackle complex AI projects with unprecedented efficiency and scalability.

What you'll do

  • Work directly with clients to understand their AI project requirements and design tailored solutions utilizing our advanced AMD GPU-powered cloud services.
  • Develop architecture and strategies that leverage new types of network fabrics and computational technologies to enhance our offering.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to integrate feedback and refine our services, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and cloud computing to guide the evolution of our services.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between clients and our engineering team, ensuring clear communication and effective solution implementation.
  • Lead workshops, seminars, and training sessions for clients and internal teams to promote the adoption and optimization of our services.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect role, preferably with a focus on AI or cloud computing technologies.
  • Strong technical background in AI, machine learning, and cloud services, with hands-on experience with AMD and NVIDIA GPU technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions that address complex technical challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of network fabrics, high-performance computing (HPC), and the latest developments in AI and cloud infrastructure.
