To be fully engaged in provide Quality / No Harm, Customer Experience, and Stewardship by assisting licensed personnel in providing direct nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Primary Accountabilities * Uses two patient identifiers when accessing patient information in patient care. Ensures accurate labeling of specimens. * Initiates patient set-up and maintains monitor equipment. * Performs quality EKG tracing and performs Stat EKG’s when requested. * Application of orthopedic splints and appliances. Performs wound care/non-sterile dressings. * Sets up and assists for patient care procedures.
