We'd love to chat Learn more about our culture and company values at www.okayhumans.com/careers.BENEFITS & PERKSCompetitive pay & flexible schedulesHealth benefitsPaid time offRetirement programW2 employee status (we take care of everything for you)Continued and advanced professional learning & development opportunitiesGrowth and leadership opportunities in management and trainingA revolutionary, feel-good cultureYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT OKAY HUMANSProvide talk therapy for individuals (13 yrs & up) and/or couples, in-person or virtually, using evidence-based psychotherapy (psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, etc)Commitment to measurement based-careStrictly adhere to HIPAA and security regulations to protect guests' health informationCreate comprehensive assessments and treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation through our streamlined, user-friendly, custom therapist portalEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSMasters or doctoral degree from an accredited university or programActive CA license (e.g. LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc) / Active CA pre-license associate registration with ~1,500 hrs (e.g AMFT, ACSW, APCC, etc)Strong demonstrated commitment to professional skills including legal and ethical standardsTraining and experience working with couples and/or teens is a plusAvailable to work at least 20 hours a weekAvailable to work in personAvailable to work weekends (Saturday) is a plus
