Canvassing Manager

Canvassing Manager RoofTec Precision Exteriors is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Canvassing Manager to join our high performing team. Responsibilities:  Develop and implement canvassing strategies to identify potential customers and generate leads.  Recruit, train, and supervise a team of canvassers.  Set and achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.  Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the canvassing team.  Monitor and analyze canvassing performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.  Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align canvassing efforts with overall business objectives.  Maintain a positive and professional image of the company during canvassing activities. Requirements:  Previous experience in canvassing or sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.  Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Excellent organizational and time management abilities.  Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.  Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.  Base pay plus overrides  Good driving record and no criminal record
