Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for Part-Time ABA Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Poway, CA, and the surrounding areas. Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Job Duties

* Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community. * Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assist in addressing challenging behaviors. * Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals. * 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.

Requirements

* Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification * High school diploma or equivalent * Availability during after-school hours from 3:00pm - 8:00pm Monday to Friday, as well as on weekends and holidays * Childcare experience required
