Role: IT Analyst
Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 3 months
Contract Location: Lehigh Valley, PA (onsite day 1)
Hourly Pay Rate: Market Standard

Education - Required
  1. Bachelors Degree in Information Technology related field of study
Experience - Required:
  1. Working with the Integration Group for data feeds (e.g. Find a Doctor, Goodstanding Letter, Privileges accessible to LVHN network users, RSL Solutions (Patient Safety), Sonify)
  2. Documentation experience for writing up process flows
  3. Knowledge of workflow design principles (specific steps would be unique to Credential Stream, but understanding principles will be key) or must have ability to engage with seasoned credentialers to ask the questions to gain understanding for building the workflow design and be able to work with Credentialers in refining the workflows.
  4. Hands-on experience designing online input forms (expecting to use drag and drop tools, not programming)
  5. Hands-on experience with Microsoft office (Word documents, merging data to letters, setting up email templates, etc.)
  6. Reports design
  7. Experience with databases (understanding table relationships for cause and effect of placement of data entry and impact on workflows and reports)


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required/Preferred
  1. Database management
  2. Workflow design/testing and implementation/quality control
  3. Technical documentation of workflows for education/training of users
  4. Effective communication skills to work with users to understand current workflows so that needs are accommodated in the new softwares newly designed workflows
  5. Attention to detail
  6. Self-motivated
  7. Excellent time management skills; able to effectively prioritize
  8. Credentialing knowledge


Essential Functions - Required
  1. Process Documentation
    1. System Configuration (e.g. how to set up new users joining Client or Provider Enrollment, or other areas for Read Only access)
    2. Credentialing Processes
    3. Enrollment Processes
  2. Building initial and reappointment applications
  3. Building Enrollment Applications
  4. Building Workflows for both Client and Enrollment
    1. E.g. expirables, reappointment, initial appointment, committee review and approval
  5. Building the various letters and communications that we will use both in Client and Enrollment
  6. Building reports for monitoring and tracking
