****Contractor Services****

During the term of this contract, Contractor shall provide Client with various services to be determined by Client. It is anticipated that Client will request services primarily related to Bruckners dealership entry requests. However, Contractor will also provide services as directed for other circumstances if needed.

****Multiple Employer Driver****

The Contractor agrees that they are either a Multiple Employer Driver or have the freedom to be a Multiple Employer Driver if they desire to do so at any time during the contract terms. Driver ensures they are current with all FMCSR regulations for those persons that operate a CMV.

****Term****

This Agreement shall be effective for 365 days, unless either party wishes to terminate, with a minimum of two (2) days advance written notice to the other party.

****Compensation****

Client agrees to pay Contractor for all services rendered as stipulated under the attached driver compensation guidelines.

****

****Taxes****

Contractor acknowledges that he/she shall be responsible for all personal, federal, state income and employment taxes and withholdings.
