Position Overview:

We are seeking a Skilled Compounder to join our manufacturing team. The Compounder will be responsible for preparing batches of cosmetic products according to strict quality standards and production schedules. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

        Prepare batches of cosmetic products by measuring and mixing ingredients according to established formulas and procedures.

        Operate mixing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.

        Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure product quality and consistency.

        Perform in-process quality checks and inspections to verify product specifications are met.

        Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

        Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.

        Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies.

        Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

        High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field preferred.

        Previous experience as a Compounder or in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry.

        Strong understanding of basic math and measurements.

        Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes accurately.

        Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

        Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.

        Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

        Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
