ASC-28018 - RN Step Down - Bartlesville, OK - 13 Weeks Contract

Sigma Healthcare team is looking for a RN Step Down to work onsite at our client's facility in Bartlesville OK.

Shift

: 18:45 - 07:15

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Implement and monitor patient care plans.

Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.

Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Requirements:

Current BLS and ACLS Certifications.

Current Registered Nurse License.

This position needs to have over 2 years experience PCU or ICU.

This position will be dedicated to support the inpatient holds in the Emergency Department

Organizational skills to set priorities and efficiently complete assigned work.

Ability to effectively delegate appropriate patient care activities.
