We are currently seeking an experienced Tractor Driver who is keen to work and learn, be self-motivated, and be flexible to join our highly skilled and valued workforce based at our Westbury Depot.

**Operatives Objectives and Responsibilities:**

* To understand and undertake work instructions.

* To complete assigned works within agreed timescale, to an agreed specification and idverdes high standards.

* To communicate clearly and positively with the General Maintenance Operations Manager to ensure efficient organisation and use of resources.

* To ensure you always wear the correct uniform & PPE.

* To ensure vehicles and machinery are in good working order, properly used and maintained.

* Attend Toolbox Talks to ensure that you have fully understood and implemented all training provided.

**Person Specification:**

* To have skills and knowledge of all aspects of Tractor Driving skills on sites.

* Be able to demonstrate and implement daily health & safety in the workplace.

* The ability to read and understand maps.

* The ability to be able to work independently but also as part of a wider team.

* The ability can use own initiative.

* Be able to respond to and resolve simple problems politely and professionally.

* The ability to use machinery safely and productively.

* Full driving licence & tractors Licence
