Seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development, management, and orchestration of APIs, while also coordinating and leading the team through the claims processing workflow. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality products in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the development of APIs, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of APIs in alignment with business goals.
• Manage the lifecycle of APIs, including versioning, deprecation, and documentation.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure APIs meet performance and security standards.
• Monitor and optimize API performance, addressing issues promptly to ensure seamless integration.
• Implement API orchestration strategies to streamline and optimize data flow across various systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure seamless integration of APIs into existing systems and applications.
• Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end claims processing workflow.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and prioritize features and enhancements related to claims processing.
• Implement and improve automated claims processing systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide leadership and direction to the development team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous improvement and learning.
• Coordinate and lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, with a focus on API development and claims processing.
• Strong technical background, including knowledge of programming languages, database systems, and API technologies.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a cross-functional team.
