We offer Health, Dental and Vison Insurance, generous paid time off and great employee discountsJob Description:The Sleep Coordinator will work with Sleep Centers, Patients, and internal team members to ensure all are fully informed regarding order & equipment set-up status. Sleep Coordinator will review new incoming routine Sleep orders received to confirm all needed documentation (per insurance requirements) is received. The Sleep Coordinator will be assigned to specific Sleep Centers as a primary point of contact to the bridge the communication gap between HMES, Sleep centers and patients.Have a strong understanding of Sleep therapy orders, qualifications, and insurance requirements to ensure clean claim submissions.Know Brightree fully and be able to assist in reviewing accounts when working on Sleep orders.Answer questions and navigate patients/caregivers through the Sleep order process as needed.Meet with various Sleep Centers.Identify trends that are causing delays in order processing by Sleep Center and bring them to their managers attention.Primary point of contact for Sleep Centers and HME Account Reps/LiaisonsProvide order status updates to the Sleep Center from receipt through set-up.Qualifications:Excellent Communication skills verbal & writtenReliabilitySelf-starter & Self- MotivatedPositive AttitudeListen and respond appropriatelyFull understanding of Sleep & Respiratory ProcessesWorks well with othersOpen to new ideasFamiliar with Excel (recommended, not required)Ability to MultitaskJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8-hour shift#J-18808-Ljbffr
