Broward Health NorthShift: Shift 1FTE: 1.000000Provides leadership, in collaboration with the Regional Chief Financial Officer, to facilitate optimal utilization of resources. Promotes understanding and cooperation between the physicians and Region through communication, collaboration and education. Facilitates improvements in clinical practice to achieve better performance, improved cost, reduced length of stay, fewer readmissions, and superior patient care.
