Covenant Physician Partners is hiring an Surgery Suite Technologist/Scrub Tech at Marietta Eye Surgery Center located in Marietta, GA. About the Opportunity: The Surgery Suite Technologist/Scrub Tech is responsible for the safety, as well as preparation of surgery, of the patient who came under his or her care during surgical procedures. The surgical suite technologist is responsible for ensuring effective communications between him/herself, the circulating nurse, the patient, other staff and physicians. The person hired into this role will maintain surgery suites to ensure a clean, sterile environment. This individual will also monitor, sterilize, and replenish surgical equipment for procedures. About the Candidate: Graduate of an approved school of Surgical Technology or equivalent training program. Current CST Certification preferred CPR Certification Minimum of one (1) year experience in ophthalmology preferred. Membership and participation in professional organization preferred.
