JOB SUMMARY: Provide occupational therapy services including evaluation, planning, documentation and administration of treatment in accordance with physician referral. Perform other record keeping activity as required. REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of an approved occupational therapy school or certified by governing board for registered occupational therapists. Licensed as an OTR in the states of New Hampshire. Must be BCLS certified.
