Duration: 3+ months
Pay Rate : $24/hr (On W2)

We are looking for a “Maintenance Technician “to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Job Summary:
Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and grounds. Working under Sr. Maintenance Technician, assists in monitoring building system operations and performance for a Life Sciences manufacturer (animal health products). Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, HVAC for minor maintenance duties.

Job Responsbilties:

• Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
• Performs assigned day-to-day light repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance.
• Completes maintenance and repair records as required. Escorts and hosts 3rd party vendors for client equipment repairs.
• Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
• Assists with inspection and upkeep of building equipment systems. Inspects new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and HVAC.
• Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
• HVAC systems are working
• Lighting, plumbing (leaking, clogged toilets, sensor changes, light switch change outs, changing bulbs
• PMs - anything from breakroom to boilers (15 a month) - light duty (safety and eye wash station checks, fire extinguisher checks (monthly), building checks (inspection)
• Air handlers (changing parts)
• Hand tools - assist on major repair (motor, pumps, bearings etc.)

• Years Experience Required: 2+
• High School Diploma
• Systems/Software Proficiencies: Outlook, Work Order Systems
• Certifications: Nice to Have
• Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds.

• High level of professionalism - Corporate HQ with exposure to Global Exec admin groups
• Experience working in single building campus or multiple building campus- no residential
