The Medicare Retail Sales Administrative Assistant position is a temporary role with between 35-40 hours per week during Medicare’s busy season (September 1st to December 15th). The assistant is responsible for:

  • Answering phones,
  • Scheduling appointments,
  • Updating the CRM system with client information,
  • Greeting walk-in customers,
  • Stocking supplies,
  • Updating sales reports,
  • Handling outbound calls and emails to clients and prospective clients, and
  • Other administrative functions as needed during the busy Medicare Annual Enrollment period.

The on-site Medicare sales representative will provide direction and training, along with the Medicare Sales Director.


  • Associate’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 0 to 5 years prior administrative experience
  • Excellent computer and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
