The Woodlands at Canterfield, a brand new Assisted Living and Memory Support community located in West Dundee, Illinois is looking for a dynamic Resident Care Assistant
As an RCA you will:
- Provide personal care assistance/services as required or instructed
- Observe and report any changes in resident's physical/emotional condition to the licensed nurse
- Assist with resident leisure time programming (including escorting to and from activities)
- Assist with dining services with mealtime serving
- Assist residents with laundry
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors and co-workers
- Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident and their families
- Attend a minimum of 12 annual hours of in-service education
We are currently looking for RCA (Resident Care Assistant) to join our team. To qualify you need a:
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- CPR
- Must enjoy workigng as part of the team
- Must enjoy working with the senior population
