Job Title: Designer / Sr. Designer
Location: Omaha, NE
Pay Range: $ 25-28/hr
What’s the Job?
- Develop accurate 3D models and engineering drawings for natural gas pipelines and facilities.
- Interpret photos, as-built drawings, civil surveys, and engineering sketches to create comprehensive drawing packages.
- Support the pipeline engineering and mechanical design teams with precise CAD drawings.
- Adapt quickly to changing project priorities and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently when required.
What’s Needed?
- Degree in a related field or 2+ years of CAD experience.
- Proficiency in developing 3D models and creating detailed engineering drawings.
- Strong ability to interpret various engineering documents and sketches.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in teams or independently.
- For Sr Designer consideration: An Associate's degree in Engineering or a related field, technical degree, or equivalent work experience (typically six years of related, progressive work experience for those without a degree), and three to four years of related experience in gas pipeline engineering, operations, or construction.
