What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Drive performance metrics, such as out of period adjustments and reduction in repetitive corrections
  • Analyze data and summarize findings and make recommendations to leadership
  • Data analysis and reporting to ensure service level agreement commitments are achieved
  • Partner with IT on system enhancements and new technology
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Level of discretionary decision making in area of responsibility
  • Creates documentation of processes and procedures to create standardization
  • Use KPI’s to effectively manage the team’s performance
  • Understands the risk of decisions that may impact other teams
  • Requires independent decision-making using knowledge of cross-functional operations
  • This role manages system access roles and will need to ensure proper roles are assigned and review monthly for accuracy through a SOX audit check off #PIQ
