Minimum Education

Certifications:
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) - Required to be current upon hire.Drag Edit DeleteRequired Skills
Licenses: State of Tennessee or Multi-State LPN licensure - Required.
Proof of certification in IV therapy as mandated by the State of TN (ref: Chapter 1000-02 - .15 LPN Scope of Practice) - PreferredDrag Edit DeleteMinimum Work Experience
1 year Surgical Services nursing/scrub tech experience - Preferred
