Job Summary and Qualifications

The Cath Lab Lead Technician under direction of the Cardiovascular Service Line Director, Manager of CV Service Line, or designee, the lead technologist coordinates coverage for optimal patient flow for Emergency, in-patients, out-patients, urgent NSTEMI and emergent STEMI patients. What qualifications you will need:

  • Current ARRT
  • Current CRT
  • Current Fluoroscopy Permit
  • ARRT IR Preferred
  • RCES or RCIS Preferred
  • Current BLS certification
  • Current ACLS certification
  • Certification from AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology
  • Graduate from AMA approved Cardiovascular Technology Program (CVT)
  • Three years as a Special Procedures Technologist or CVT. Required
  • Minimum of 5 years of Cardiac Cath lab experience
  • One-year experience in a leadership role preferred
