Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.
• Candidates must live at least 60 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
No RTO will be allowed on the following dates. Labor day weekend: 9/2-9/4 Halloween: 10/30-31 Thanksgiving: 11/22-25 Christmas and New Year’s: 12/23-26 and 12/31-1/1
Will this PT work both Inpatient and Outpatient? Only Acute Care
Skills required: Previous acute care MedSurg experience and proven competency to evaluate and treat patients
EMR: Powerchart
Dress Code: Scrub of any color. No print designs on scrub top or bottom
Maximum days off: 10 days
