Job Security: A stable job at an established, growing company. Daytime and overnight roles available. We have a variety of assisted living environments, including nursing home facilities.
Learning and Development: We invest in your development and provide the tools and training you need to have a fulfilling career in a group home or clinic. DSP - Caregiver is similar to a STNA role, Home Health Aide, Resident Assistant, or Nursing Home Aide.
What You’ll bring to Sevita as a Caregiver Direct Support Professional ( DSP ) at Sevita:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
Skills: Caregiver - Direct Support Professional ( DSP ) - Resident Assistant - Home Health Aide - Assisted Living – Group Home – Human Services.
Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance in some positions
