Experience:

• 24 months of Home Health experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Oasis is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Illinois license in hand at the time of application.

• Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:

Shift: M-F

On Call/Weekend rotation: One weekend per month

Coverage area: 1) North Henry County 2) South Henry County

HCHB/Pointcare experience required

Will only consider without HCHB exp if CLN completes online training class prior to start.
