  • Responding to simple condition questions and chart review questions from patients ​

  • Managing patient calls and patient-advice messages​

  • Providing nursing level education to patients on basic topics such as: preventive care, HTN, and vaccines where appropriate​

  • Managing home nursing notes​

  • Converting acute care needs and requests to visits

Qualifications

  • Required Associate's Degree Nursing
