We are seeking Skilled Senior Living Executive Directors to join our network and build a team in anticipation of future opportunities. This is an exciting chance to be considered for leadership positions as we expand and grow our communities.

In this role, you will drive operational excellence, inspire high-performing teams, and achieve full occupancy, ensuring our residents experience the highest quality of life.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead with Vision – Oversee all aspects of community management, upholding Stellar’s standards and culture.
  • Drive Occupancy – Utilize strategic marketing and exceptional service to attract and retain residents.
  • Foster a Positive Culture – Create an environment rooted in care, compassion, and excellence.
  • Ensure Operational Success – Manage finances, healthcare services, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
  • Build Strong Relationships – Connect with residents, families, and the greater Redmond community.

What You Bring:

  • Proven Success – A track record of rapidly achieving full occupancy and delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Leadership Excellence – The ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
  • Operational Mastery – Deep knowledge of senior living operations, financial management, and resident care.
  • Educational & Licensing Requirements – A Bachelor’s degree (master’s in business or healthcare administration preferred) and a Licensed Assisted Living Administrator certification.
