Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Delivery - Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives within the Crew and Catering mobile space
  • Collaborate with technology team members and business users to design, develop, and integrate user interfaces and services that meet business needs
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing project tasks within budget and on schedule
  • Must be adaptable to changing designs and to adding performance enhancements.
  • Mobile Standards, Tools & Architecture
  • Play a key role in formulating and following the procedures for test driven development.
  • Play a key role with the adoption of the latest Mobile operating system updates.
  • Ensure IT application development process disciplines (solution delivery, project management, work requests, QA, etc.) and standards are established, effectively managed and performed.
  • Learn latest tools and standards within the Mobile space and mentor junior and senior level developers
  • Attend key mobile conferences and play a role in training the other members of the team
  • Leadership- Accountable for administrative management of 5-10 IT professionals, either as direct reports or sourced – HR administration, Time Reporting, etc
  • Provide leadership by establishing department and individuals goals
  • Responsible for assessing and recommending improvements to the organization structure, roles and responsibilities.
  • Build a collaborative working relationship with business leadership to compile insights to inform product roadmap.
  • Actively participate in new capital project funding opportunities and vendor/supplier selection.
  • Effectively negotiate priorities across multiple groups/teams

Qualifications What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems or other related field
  • Strong leadership, technical, process management, negotiating, influencing, presentation and problem resolution skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to effectively prioritize and implement tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical ideas in easy-to-understand business terms.
  • Understanding of the quality assurance, risk management, and security considerations and their impact on overall technology environment.
  • 5 to 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience.
  • At least 12 months of leadership experience in leading multiple, large, multi-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key collaborators.
  • Requires advanced technical and business knowledge in mobile development, quality assurance, project management and other related disciplines/processes.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, growing environment across functions.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multi-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
