Our client, a leading telecommunications innovator, seeks a passionate Inbuilding Construction Manager (IBCM) to join their growing team. Job Title: Inbuilding Construction Manager

Location: Salem, OR

Pay Range: $45-49/hr

What's the Job?

  • Conduct feasibility assessments at venues to identify potential challenges and plan for success.
  • Analyze project requirements, develop Statements of Work (SOW) and Bill of Materials (BOM), and collaborate with RF engineers.
  • Manage all technical aspects of equipment deployment, including supplier selection and material distribution.
  • Oversee site access, installation scheduling, and construction execution.
  • Monitor progress, budgets, and milestones, ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Conduct audits throughout the build process and manage punch list items.
  • Partner with Senior Construction Managers and Customer Project Managers for seamless workflow.

What's Needed?

  • Proven experience in in-building telecommunications solutions (IBCS).
  • Ability to travel within the Pacific Northwest region for site visits and construction management.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
