Job Title: Training Manager

Location: St Peters,MO

Pay Range: $45-$47/hr
Duration: 18 months Onsite Position
Hours M-F (day shift)

What’s the Job?

  • Develop and implement training plans for all operational areas.
  • Monitor and audit training quality and record-keeping.
  • Address both proactive and reactive training needs.
  • Collaborate with managers to meet urgent training needs.
  • Ensure competency assessments are accurate and consistent.
  • Select and manage external training providers.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelors Degree In related field
  • 3-6 Yrs of Experience in Training Management
  • 2+ years in Manufacturing Operations management is a must.
  • Experience in establishing training systems in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or food industries.
  • Strong influencing and technical writing skills.
