  • Must have active state license
  • BC or BE required
  • Days, Call, Weekend call
  • ATLS and BLS required
  • General, OB, healthy peds, cath/IR & regional blocks if possible, TEE/CV preferred
  • Credentialing needed
  • DEA needed
