15-20 Patients Per Day (Outpatient)
3-5 Patients Per Day (Hospital)
Full-time negotiable schedule
On call 10 days per month
Outpatient Practice Setting
50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients
25% Hematology, 75% Oncology
2 Physicians in Practice
EMR - EPIC
1+ year clinical experience as NP/PA in Hem/Onc-specific clinic/hospital setting (NOT including RN, training, or general practice/IM/FM experience) is REQUIRED
Telemedicine is NOT an option - this is an in-person position.
Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate

Requirements:

Board Certified NP/PA - Required
OH license (or willing to obtain - Required
BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain) - Required
Procedures: Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters, FNA/Biopsy, Chemotherapy - Intrathecal, Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrapleural/Peritoneal - Required
Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes - Required
At least 1 year of Hem/Onc NP clinical employment experience in Hem/Onc-specific clinic/hospital setting - NOT including RN, training, or general practice/IM/FM experience - Required
Provider must within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate - Required
