We are seeking caregivers as well as staff skilled in American Sign Language. Multiple locations available in Cloquet, Duluth, Hermantown and Saginaw Please see map links: Duluth Piedmont Heights, Woodland, Lakeside/Lester Park, Morgan Park, West Duluth, Duluth Heights, Hermantown, Cloquet, Saginaw, Scanlon, Esko, Thompson, Carlton

  • Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs

  • Competitive Pay: Pay $16.00 - $20.33 per hour, Pay on Demand, Full benefits package for full-time employees, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA AS A CAREGIVER / DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL

  • Education: No High School Diploma required
  • Experience: No experience required
  • Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
  • Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
