Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
- Deploys, installs, operates, maintains, modifies, and recovers various types of Machine Health Monitoring systems and their components.
- Ensures that all solutions are properly installed and tested to the solution design, and product communications with client networks are established and verified.
- Provides on-site technical support to help troubleshoot and repair product solutions.
- Communicates and maintains installation records and documentation.
- Manages and maintains service tools and installation parts inventory to ensure accurate inventory of assigned company assets.
- Works with customer counterparts to execute installation procedures.
- Enlists and works through remote support representatives for installation support, device adoption, and network functionality.
- Interacts with customers in a friendly and professional manner and consistently represents the company image and brand in a positive and professional manner.
- Conforms and complies with customer contractor and ATS codes of conduct, housekeeping standards, and safety processes.
- Develops a deep knowledge of company products and overall analysis experience to capture, understand and define product design requirements in client environment.
- Provides customer with cursory overview of platform functions, ensures login credentials function, and guides customer in hands on first exposure to platform usage.
- Communicates defined next steps for post installation services and ensures handoff between installation team and Customer Success manager.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:
Essential KSAs:
- Associates degree with a technical focus and 3 years of related experience in general industry; or 5 years of related experience in general industry.
- General knowledge of industrial electronic systems including enclosures, cabinets, chassis, electrical connectors, cabling, and mounting hardware.
- Intermediate understanding of predictive maintenance and industrial networking equipment.
- Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Extensive travel required.
Desirable KSAs:
- Level I certification in Ultrasound, Thermo/Infrared and Vibration.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb, ascend/descend or balance to heights that may require a ladder or lift; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in confined spaces; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. The employee is regularly required to use close vision and color vision. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. Work is typically performed in a factory environment and is usually very loud. In the factory environment, the employee may be exposed to hazardous materials and/or greasy or slippery factory floors
