Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

Provides nursing care for the comfort and wellbeing of patients. Administers prescribed medications, including IV solutions and nutrition. Documents care delivery, patient condition, reaction and progress. Reinforces patient and family teaching/counseling.

  • Required Education: Accredited LPN Program
  • Preferred Education: None
  • Required License: Must have and maintain a current North Carolina LPN license: BLS/CPR
  • Preferred License: None
  • 3 Other Requirements: Driver’s License, Auto Insurance coverage to comply with the auto liability insurance requirements and must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Required Experience: 12 months of recent acute care or home care experience with medically fragile patients or agreement to complete additional training/competency program offered at the discretion of CarePartners Private Duty.
