Overview:

The Recreational Therapist works under the supervision of the Manager, Administrative Supervisor and/or Director of Behavioral Services, and plans, organizes and directs activities and programs for psychiatric patients designed to improve their physical, mental, social and emotional well-being.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Recreation Therapy required.
  • Experience: Less than one year.Certifications: Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist.
  • SAFE Level 2 within 6 Months Of Hire.
