Be the Mastermind Behind Our Supply Chain

As a Senior Planner Buyer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our manufacturing runs smoothly. You'll source and procure essential materials, negotiate the best prices, and manage relationships with key vendors. Your expertise in MRP systems and a keen eye for detail will be instrumental in keeping our inventory optimized and production lines flowing.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality materials are delivered on time.
  • Partner with product management and engineering to source parts and develop specifications.
  • Analyze MRP data and place purchase orders with the best-priced, most reliable vendors.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, implementing strategies to avoid stockouts and overstocking.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to address any issues related to cost, quality, or product development.
  • Track and analyze data to optimize procurement processes and achieve performance goals.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering with 3-6 years of experience.
  • You possess a deep understanding of manufacturing concepts and MRP systems (SAP preferred).
  • You're a master negotiator with excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • You're proactive, resourceful, and have a strong sense of urgency.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy building strong relationships.
