Job Summary and Qualifications- Provides care to assist Interventional Radiologist in Specials Radiology procedures.
- Ensures Radiation safety.
Administers IV contrast in a surgical/radiological setting.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Required
- State Registered Radiologic Technician
- MRT State of Texas
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT) Required
- Certified Vascular Interventional Radiology must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
- Associate Degree
- Graduate of AMA approved school of radiology technology
- Three to five years experience in Specials interventional radiology preferred
