Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Medical-Surgical

Shift: Variable D/N, 7a-7p / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week, EOW and Holiday

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • WI RN License
  • Minimum 2+ years MedSurg experience
  • Must have recent hospital experience
  • Trauma level II experience required
  • Prior travel experience required
  • BLS
  • Charting Experience: EPIC required
Other details:
  • Float Requirements: To all inpatient units; would be given appropriate patient assignments
  • Equipment used: Epic EMR, Rovers for medication scanning, Alaris pumps
  • Unit Specific Skillset: Post Surgical Care Unit post recovery after Pacu. 40 bed inpatient area that provides care along a continuum for pre and post-surgical adults and geriatric patients
  • Nurse to pt ratio: day/pm 1:4 or 5, nights 1:5- 6 Fast paced post-surgical unit that averages 10-15 admissions per day with the highest occurring on Day/PM
  • Must be outside a 50 mile radius
  • Scrub color: any
