Shift: Days, 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, M-FLength: 13 weeks
PT's rotate one Saturday every 6-8 weeks. (the Sat. they work would be given a day off during the week) Saturday only
Requirements:
  • WI License
  • 1 Year experience
  • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required
  • Home Health experience, training working with the adult/geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological and functional mobility diagnosis
  • Knowledge of Physical Therapy standards and practices acquired through a minimum of a Masters degree in Physical Therapy
  • AHA BLS
