Avera is looking for a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our Team

$1,000 sign-on bonus

Position Highlights:

  • May be eligible for $1,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months

Job Summary

  • This Patient Care Technician role will give you the opportunity to serve as a liaison between healthcare professionals through strong people, customer service and critical thinking skills.

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Basic Life Support certification is mandatory within six months of employment.
  • Medical terminology, computer skills and clerical experience preferred.

Work Schedule

  • Varied Shifts; 72 hours 2 weeks
    • 6:30 am - 7:00 pm or 6:30 pm - 7:00 am
    • Every 3rd weekend
    • Every other holiday
    • Occasional call time

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

  • $17.50 - $23.00 per hour
