Swedish is seeking applicants for our December 2024 RN Residency . An RN Residency with Swedish will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by preceptors. If you are a recently graduated RN, with less than 12 months of experience, you owe it to yourself to explore this exceptional opportunity. This position starts on December 2, 2024.

Full-Time, Day and Night shifts available

Sign-on Bonus for eligible candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.

MedSurg and Telemetry: $15,000

All other departments: $10,000

Relocation is also available for applicants who qualify.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less

Preferred Qualifications:

  • upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated
