Seeking experienced Motorsport Trackside Engineer with powertrain experience available to join our team Over 8 years in MotorSports - Indy series and now expanding our team. Must have trackside powertrain support.

What you will be doing?
Responsible for providing trackside engineering support to our IndyCar racing teams which include: recording, monitoring and analyzing performance data and collecting competitor data. The position will require traveling to races, testing and selected events.

This is an exempt role offering an annual salary based on experience. Includes Medical, Dental, 401K, Holidays, and PTO. FULLY REMOTE ROLE WITH TRAVEL.

Requirements include:
  • BS degree in (Mechanical/Electrical) Engineering with relevant automotive focus in studies and activities preferred.
  • MUST HAVE: motorsports trackside experience (IndyCar, NASCAR, SCCA, etc.)
  • MUST HAVE: experience in motorsport Engine/Powertrain support
  • Must have strong data analysis, problem-solving and report writing skills.
  • Ability to utilize on-car data analysis software (logged data, telemetry, etc.); some program software (MATLAB/Simulink, C++, Visual Basic, etc.) and analyze with simulation tools such as FEA, CFD, etc.
  • Must have the ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision, be self-directed, detailed oriented who can effectively work well under pressure in a diverse environment.
  • Heavy travelling required to track and test events
