Quality Technician II

Our client, a leading medical device company, is seeking a Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the Testing and Development Teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Quality Technician III
Location: Maple Grove, MN
Pay Range: $23-27/hr
What’s the Job?
- Perform routine testing assignments and gather, record, and analyze data.
- Communicate test results and assist in failure analysis and CAPA activities.
- Use documentation systems to research information and generate Change Requests.
- Support process and product qualification activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and maintain compliance with quality policies.
What’s Needed?
- 1 year of experience with an AA degree or equivalent combination of education/work experience.
- Prior experience in a lab environment including analytical laboratory skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask between projects.
