Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required.

• 12 months of travel experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license prior to placement start.

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Candidates must live at least 80 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Upon receipt of an offer, you will be assigned Prophecy exams that must be taken immediately. If you fail the exam twice, this may result in an immediate cancellation by the facility.

No Local Clinicians- 80 mile radius - can screen if 50-80 miles

REQUIRED SKILLS and (equipment) : adults (cognitive, aphasia, dysphagia, dysarthria) and pediatrics (developmental disorders, oral motor), adult modified barium swallow studies

REQUIRED REGISTRIES: Asha CCC certification required

SHIFT/HOURS: Mon-Friday typically 8-5 with weekend call rotation

ON-CALL: weekend call rotation once a month (coverage at both Chowan Bertie Saturday and Sunday).

WEEKENDS: weekend call rotation once a month (coverage at both Chowan Bertie Saturday and Sunday) for NPO patients

EXPECTED WEEKLY HRS: 36-40
