Float will depend on highest needEMR: EPICPatient population: Adult, pedsRN Ratio (Days): 1:4Common Patient Diagnosis: CVA, TIA, shortness of breath, COVID, subdural hematoma, weaknessCommon Drips/Medications: PCA pumps for pain management, cardizem, insulinPatient Experience challenges/focus: hourly rounding and responsiveness
