Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
  • Establish and implement nursing policies and procedures to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to support staff growth.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize resident care plans.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure readiness for inspections and audits.
  • Handle resident and family concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in New Jersey.
  • Proven leadership experience in SNF, LTC, or Assisted Living settings.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and healthcare standards.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
