Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Social Workers help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease. Responsibilities include assessing, educating, and collaborating with patients on care planning. Master of Social Work and Licensed Certified Social Worker with at least one year of clinical experience. Dialysis experience preferred.
Required Education and Experience
- Master’s degree from an accredited school of social work. Current or eligible for state licensure, if applicable.
- Minimum of two years of clinical social work experience, preferably in an ESRD setting.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively with clients and fellow employees.
